Dragon Enterprises will provide named artists, musicians, singers, etc ... with an audio visual medium to showcase and/or have their original music played via computer feed to website clientele for the sites required one time fee, standard memebership, or exit fee.

This agreement, not to exceed 3 years, (36 months ) will be agreed upon by musicians, bands, and/or their representives and Dragon Enterprises Ownership. Early withdrawal or extension of services between artists and Dragon Enterprise management must be requested in writing no later than 30 days prior to withdrawal of material or extension of services. Early withdrawal without prior written notice will constitute a penalty fee paid to Dragon Enterprises equal to 2% of band earned revenue for 5 years. Any record contract, developement deal, tour or other employment opportunity arising during or after the 3 year period of agreed upon services with Dragon Enterprises on their site will be considered a benefit of employment earning Dragon Enterprizes 3% commission or royalty: Bar Gigs not included. Any and/or all promotion, development and/ or representation services by Dragon Enterprises at time of exit or merger with other revenue generating media.

Bands are here of their own free will and are entitled to have lives. Therefore, Wammba is not responsible for a band's actions and vice versa. We won't get into your business and you won't get into ours.
