PUFFROCKS.COM Investor Information

1) Direct Band Sponsor:
Investor brings the band to Puffrocks and pays for the bands membership fee onto the site.  Puffrocks will split proceeds 50/50 with Band and Investor. The 50% that goes to the band and investor will be divided per their discretion.

2)  Band Pool Sponsor:  Money is invested and distributed between bands who do not have the means to pay membership fee.  Investment would go to one or several bands and proceeds would be distributed the same as #1.

3)   Site Sponsor:  Investment is to the site for the development of new programs, marketing and advertising.  Standard ROI structure would be negotiated and agreed upon where investor would be paid back in full plus interest over time. Puffrocks will in no way guarantee any kind of ROI.

4) Site Sponsor:  Investment made for the purpose of sharing ownership of the business.  ROI will be achieved through profit dispersals only.  Puffrocks would split profits based on % of ownership by download, by month, by quarter etc.  All ROI would be generated from the business.
