All bands/musicians/ artists legally state that all music submitted and/or put on the PUFFROCKS.COM site is " original " with no other party, person, band or venue having written and/or used said music for any other purpose prior to use on PUFFROCKS.COM.

PUFFROCKS.COM assumes no financial liability or responsibility for any action resulting in legal and/or civil claim or litigation as to the " originality " of any music submitted and put on the site. Any and/or all legal fees, fines, judgments and/or settlements involved or as a result of legal and/or civil claim or litigation or dispute about the " origin " or " originality " of songs, music and /or lyrics is solely the liability and responsibility of the band, musicians and/or songwriters putting the music on PUFFROCKS.COM. PUFFROCKS.COM assumes and bears no responsibility, written or implied, as to secure proof in defense of any claim against the band/musicians and/ or songwriters as to any of the music or lyrics " original " status. PUFFROCKS.COM can not be held financially liable in any form as a result of any claim or litigation pertaining to the" original" status of music on the site. Any fraudulent information declared on documentation in submission and/or to get music onsite at PUFFROCKS.COM will result in legal action by PUFFROCKS.COM management, it's owners, legal representatives and/or " The PUFFROCKS Team " against all parties declaring fraudulent information.

Musicians, bands and/or artist's electronic signature constitutes acknowledgement and agreement that all music is " original " and to all statements, policies, terms and conditions that PUFFROCKS.COM has set forth in it's operation of PUFFROCKS.COM or any venue endorsed by PUFFROCKS.COM. Upon request a duplicate copy of this agreement will be sent to all interested parties.
