Bands and/or musicians on PUFFROCKS.COM  shall not use the  name PUFFROCKS.COM and/or PUFFROCKS  or any facsimile thereof, for  neither endorsement or promotion of  outside activities not restricted to but including  concerts, upcoming shows, interviews, etc without the express written consent of the site, it's owners, management and/or  " The PUFFROCKS Team ". Any enforcement or promotion materials using the name  and or term PUFFROCKS or PUFFROCKS.COM   shall be approved  in writing in  advance BEFORE the use of said materials. The name and/or term PUFFROCKS.COM is a trademark name with any and all reproduction or facsimile  of that name or term in any manner, written,  in print. or verbal, without express written consent  from PUFFROCKS.COM management,  will result in legal action for trademark, copyright infringement.

Musicians, bands, artists and/or songwriters  electronic signature constitutes acknowledgement and agreement  to all stated policies, terms and conditions,  that PUFFROCKS.COM  has set forth in the operation of it's website and /or in any other venue  represented by PUFFROCKS.COM. A duplicate  of this agreement  will be  mailed upon request to all interested parties.
